COOKING AT THE CHEESE FACTORY

We will accompany you to discover the agricultural and rural world of Bellagio, tasting the extraordinary Bellagio cheeses, paired with the wines of our territory and some labels from the prestigious Frescobaldi winery. You will prepare and taste a dish of the local tradition together with the team of the Salice Blu restaurant in Bellagio. The tasting activity will be preceded by a guided tour of the aging cellar, production and sales point of the dairy.
The experience will be carried out in compliance with the Italian health and hygiene regulations in force on COVID-19.
