GROUP TRUFFLES AND MUSHROOMS HUNTING WITH CHEF LUIGI GANDOLA

Super exciting experience in Lake Como in the mountain on top of Bellagio, about 40 miles north of Milano: you can go picking mushrooms or truffles hunting with Chef Luigi and his secret truffle hunters and his dog.

Chef Luigi picks you up from Bellagio town at 10:00am and by private van go directily to the mountain. Truffles and Mushrooms grow on the private land of family Gandola with the amazing view on the beautiful Lake Como.

After the hunt, the kitchen of Ristorante Salice Blu in Bellagio opens for you and you will learn how wash and preserve truffles and mushrooms and of course how to cook them.

Then Chef Luigi Gandola personally cooks for you a salad with your fresh mushrooms and truffle with zucchini flowers risotto in combination with home made tagliolini and an amazing local dessert, all served with local (Italian) wine. You can enjoy your lunch and relax in our terrace.

At 2:30pm you will return in Bellagio town by private van with chef Luigi
